Terri's Place

Supportive Housing for Vulnerable Women and Children

Please support Terri’s Place, an extension of our very successful Weldon House Program!

Terri’s Place allows families to heal together from the devastation caused by addiction, homelessness, mental illness, and domestic violence. Our families enter our program broken and hopeless, but leave independent, self-sufficient, happy, healthy, and intact.

Ending the cycle of addiction. A win for our families AND our entire community.

Thanks to generous donors we have the opportunity to raise matching funds to purchase a triplex right next to our Weldon House Properties. We have been tasked with the exciting challenge to raise $30, 000 in 30 days.

About Arizona Women's Recovery Center

Established in 1960 (originally as NCADD Arizona), Arizona Women’s Recovery Center has helped thousands of women through the recovery process. At AWRC, we treat the whole woman and her family with education, one-on-one and group therapy, case management, medical and psychiatric support, parenting, vocational training, supportive housing and more. We believe these evidence-based and holistic approaches are keys to the long-term success of our clients.

Mission: Arizona Women’s Recovery Center’s mission is to provide services to women with substance use disorders, enhancing their lives through comprehensive, women-centered, evidenced-based programs.

Vision: The cycle of substance abuse for women and their children is eradicated.
