Arizona Women's Recovery Center | Commercial
Arizona Women's Recovery Center (established 1960), has helped thousands of women through the recovery process. At AWRC, we treat the whole woman and her family with education, one-on-one and group therapy, case management, medical and psychiatric support, parenting, vocational training, supportive housing, and more. We believe these evidence-based and holistic approaches are keys to the long-term success of our clients.
Mission: Arizona Women’s Recovery Center’s mission is to provide services to women with substance use disorders, enhancing their lives through comprehensive, gender-specific, evidenced-based programs.
Vision: The cycle of substance use for women and their children is eradicated.

Tribute to Thelma Ross
Any friend or family member of Thelma is a friend of AWRC. Thelma spent several decades dedicated to improving the lives of women and children in Maricopa County and breaking the cycle of addiction in families. She was a visionary, a fighter, a champion, a mother, and a friend. The mold was broken with Thelma and there is no other "Boss," like our Boss Thelma. We will miss her deeply everyday. This video is dedicated to Thelma and her work and to her beautiful daughter, Jessica.
AWRC Circus Camp 2024
What a better way to spend the summer than by joining the circus! Thanks to our partners with Mercy Care and Phoenix Youth Circus Arts, we were able to spend the week laughing, learning, challenging, and growing together with the kiddos of AWRC. For many children whose moms are in treatment they end up stuck in daycare or waiting around for mom to finish her therapy sessions. This week our kids were able to join the circus and showcase all of their accomplishments in the world's greatest show for their parents and loved ones! Please enjoy, like, and share our video.
Experience with "Enchant" Christmas
